Terms and conditions in renting a vehicle


Hirer & Driver:
Hirer must be 20 years of age or older with a major credit card in his name. A valid Thai, Overseas or International driver's license is required. The license must be in English characters.

Documents Needed:
On the date of rental, hirer and driver have to present their passport, driver's license

Terms of Payment:
The minimum payment of 2,000 Baht is due on reservation. Then estimated rental charge is payable on taking delivery of the car, and the final adjustment will be made on completion of the rental.

Delivery & Collection Service:
We can deliver your vehicle to any hotel in Samui and pick you up at samui airport Free of charge.

Insurance Options
All rented vehicle are automatically included with The Automobile Comprehensive. Insurance Covorage.The insurance Policy condition required the deductible at first 10000 baht per any accident in case that the renter is not able o report the fault party and / or being the fault party

Car Replacement to be honoured in case of accident and mal-functioned engine.

Rental Requirements / Reservation policy.
All bookings can be confirmed with major credit card. Cancellation has to be done at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Rental extension is subjected to be informed a day before the dued date. Any late return of vehicle will be charged by half day rate. One full day charge will be applied for later return than 5 hours.

Corporate Rental requires company’s registration certificate and Individual Rental’s requirements.

Fuel Charge All vehicles are rented with full tank of high quality gasoline as specified by car manufacturer. Fuel charge will be applied as per the quantity missing plus 10% service charge.

All rented vehicles are not permitted to cross the border of kingdom of Thailand.
